Fire Hall Rental Notice
As of July 2021, the Woodsboro Vol. Fire Co. has voted to suspend the rental of its fire hall to the general public. This will remain until further notice. This does not apply to Woodsboro Vol. Fire Company hosted events. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

On Sunday, December 14th, Santa will be making his annual trip through the streets of Woodsboro to ensure that everyone has been good this year. And yes, we mean everyone of all ages! Since Santa wants to save his reindeer’s strength for Christmas Eve, the Woodsboro Volunteer Fire Company and New Midway Vol. Fire Company 9 will be giving him a lift on our fire engines! We will also be visiting other areas in the Keymar area as well. The run starts at 1pm in the Town of Woodsboro and finishing in the Keymar/New Midway area. Please see the below route with estimated times. We can’t wait to see everyone on the 14th!

As October comes to an end, we want to thank our amazing community for all of your support! Each year during the month of October, fire departments across the country educate about fire safety. This includes fire prevention, demonstrations, and education to the community. Your local career and volunteer firefighters from Woodsboro have been hard at work this month educating on best practices for fire safety and being out in the community. Here are a few pictures highlighting the amazing month we’ve had, with more to come!![]()
